As you step into the barn, a set of stairs leads up to the first floor and into the light and airy living area of this characterful cottage. The beautiful open-plan layout offers a sociable place to spend time relaxing with family and friends, while admiring the views of the river and beyond. With comfy sofas and a wood burner, sit and relax on the cooler evenings watching one of your favourite movies on the Smart TV. The kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and an Nespresso vertuo coffee machine. There are also two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king-size bed and an en-suite with a shower and WC, and then a triple bunk bedroom with a single over double. There is a family bathroom with a bath with a handheld shower and WC. On the ground floor, there is a useful utility area with a washer/dryer and a wet room with a shower, perfect for washing the sand off after a day on the beach. This area is also shared with the owners.
Stepping outside from the living area is the enclosed balcony, which has wonderful views over to the tidal river. There is outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ, ideal for al fresco meals.
