This property is situated right in the middle of a working farm, which did mean there was not a private place to sit outside of the property. Also the property is accessed by a 1/2mile single track road with few passing places. The owners are so friendly and made us feel very at home. I highly recommend this place as long as above is not a problem Read moreto you. Hide

Perfect place for a short relaxing break from the city. The farm is ideally located next to the Wrekin with a right of way to access the hill and enjoy an amazing view from the top. For those who enjoy long tracking you can even carry on up to Wellington going through Ercall Wood Nature reserve with its beautiful oaks and geology of interest. A great place for the 2 of us to get away for a quiet weekend in an idyllic rural location. The cottage was warm as was the welcome we received. Eating in the local community pub was a lovely friendly experience and there is lots to choose from in the area during the day.

What a location, great little cottage on a working farm, lovely setup in a little muse of 6 cottages, getting in is a trek but we'll worth it. Nothing to much trouble for the owners and Molly the dog is always willing to say hello. Perfect for ironbridge visits and surrounding areas.
