A seaside gem located moments from the seafront offering comfortable accommodation for four guests boasting a private garden, garden room and parking.

Situated in the coastal town of Sewerby, with access to Sewerby Clifftop and Beach directly from the back of the bungalow. There is a local dog-friendly pub on the beachfront too, and for those special occasions, where you don’t feel like cooking, a short walk will work up an appetite for sampling the town’s selection of fish and chips shops and ice cream parlours whilst the esplanade is lined with seafood stalls and restaurants serving fine local produce. Embark on a hike along the Clifftop Walk Path and discover Danes Dyke Nature Reserve (1.5 miles), Selwicks Bay (4 miles) or explore the Flamborough Headline Heritage Coast (5 miles). A superb golf course is within 1 mile and has breathtaking views of the sea, whilst others can delight in a day at the beach at Bridlington South Beach South (2.5 miles). Catch the miniature train for a ride along Bridlington cliff top. Head to Filey (12 miles) which is home to Glen Gardens, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and Filey Brigg Country Park.

Step into the property, through the conservatory to find a well-equipped kitchen that comes with everything you will need to enjoy a self-catering holiday with your loved ones. The kitchen has all the appliances you need to rustle up a delicious home-cooked meal in the evening, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Take your meal into the conservatory and gather around the table. After dinner, relax on one of the comfortable armchairs and pick a program to watch on the Freeview TV. When it's time to get a restful night sleep, there are two bedrooms to choose from: a double and a twin with space to store your things. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

During a summer’s day, look forward to soaking up the sun and admiring the coastal sounds as you enjoy a spot of alfresco dining whilst your four-legged friend stretches upon the lawn area. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Overall we had a lovely week in the bungalow. The conservatory and bedrooms are a little dated but it was comfortable. It felt a bit like we had come to stay at an elderly relatives home. The location is great and within walking distance of Sewaby Hall and Briddlington centre.

Very Uncomfortable beds - need replacing. Kitchen requires updating and new utensils, tiny fridge. No power to shower, mould in shower which needed a good clean. No WIFI. Dated Dvds available. However beautiful garden, and location great. However difficult to appreciate with a very bad nights sleep for everyone.

Great location and garden. However all crockery, cutlery, cafitere, and most other kitchen equipment in desperate need of replacement. Cutlery drawer dirty and broken ornaments on display. Needs new clothes airer and ironing board cover. Also, shower needs updated. Basically, a trip to Ikea or similar wouldnt go amiss.

Cottage is in an ideal location with walks from the door. Inside it was a little dated & there were a few cobwebs in the bathroom and bedrooms & the cups & crockery could do with updating, but overall a pleasant stay.
