You will have a choice of stunning beaches to be enjoyed including Saunton Sands, Croyde, Puttsboprough and Woolacombe all are popular surfing beaches. Exmoor National Park is only 14 miles away & here you will see the Exmoor ponies walking across the stunning moorland. The Tarka trail on your doorstep will provide many hours of fun for cyclists as this is 180 miles long Ivy barn was built in 1638 and has been renovated by a heritage builder in 2007 finished to a very high standard.
On arriving at Ivy Barn, you enter the hallway with a sofa and reading area with a supply of books. On this floor are two bedrooms one double and one twin bedroom both rooms have their own TVs. There is also a family bathroom with a powerful walk-in shower and a bath and WC. There is also another bedroom on this floor with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and WC. There is a double garage that is accessed from the hallway which houses the washing machine and the tumble dryer.
The garage is big enough to park a car and store bikes, surfboards and wetsuits. The garage door is electrically operated for ease of opening.
