Located in Dunwich which is a unique and special coastal village in Suffolk steeped in history, this home for four does not disappoint. The shingle beach is perfect for picnics and leisurely walks which can be accessed directly from the woodland holiday park where this property is situated. The holiday park itself has everything you need with a bar, restaurant, shop and a fantastic children’s play area. RSPB Minsmere (4.5 miles), featured on BBC Springwatch, is a paradise for nature lovers and offers walkers and cyclists many scenic routes. Within easy reach, you have the wonderful towns of Southwold (10 miles) and Aldeburgh (12 miles), both offering a variety of shops and eateries, and the Georgian village of Walberswick is just 9 miles away.
Up 3 steps you enter this fantastic lodge and you can’t help but take a step back and enjoy the amazing sea views from the clifftop location. You enter the property up a few steps and through the side door and straight into the hallway which leads off to the living areas and bedrooms. To the right is an open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining area which features sea views from the bi-fold doors. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchair next to a TV, which is ideal for those who don’t want to miss their favourite show. The kitchen has everything you need for your time away with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, and a dishwasher. Once you have prepared a light lunch or a hearty meal, serve it up at the dining table which can seat up to four guests. There are two bedrooms, both with space to store personal items and clothing. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom is a twin room, both of which share a shower room and WC.
Outside, you have a decking area to the front of the lodge accessible via the bi-fold doors, which has a table and chairs. This is a special place to dine alfresco and look out over the sea whilst you kick back and relax. There is parking next to your accommodation for one car and should you have guests visit then there is plenty of parking in the main car park near the reception area.
