This beautifully renovated Austrian-style five bedroom detached property is in a superb location overlooking Red Wharf Bay on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with many sites of special interest, perfect for walking, cycling, or just relaxing. Benllech is nearby with shops, café, pub, sandy beaches, and stunning coastline. There is so much to do on the island and beyond, all within 16 miles, with a range of sea sports, fishing, paddle boarding, scuba diving, and wildlife watching boat trips on offer, alongside the opportunity to stroll along the miles of idyllic beaches, explore the coastal path around the island, visit the island's attractions such as Anglesey Sea Zoo, National Trust’s Plas Newydd House and Gardens, Pili Palas, and Beaumaris Castle. If you have time, go back over the bridges into Snowdonia National Park to climb Mount Snowdon’s summit!

This stylish detached house has been tastefully designed making the most of the lovely views with all the thoughtful little luxuries and interesting features throughout the house. Walk into the hall with space for your outdoor attire and continue into the stunning open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner flooded with natural light with feature windows and bi-fold doors opening onto the lovely garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas Range style cooker with seven-ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and American-style fridge freezer, a lovely sociable space to rustle up a meal. Once ready, the dining table is perfectly positioned by the bi-fold doors for everyone to gather around and enjoy a meal together. After dinner relax on the sofa, embrace the views and catch up on each other’s news, maybe watch your favourites on the Smart TV, there are another two lounge areas to relax in, the snug on the first floor with comfortable sofas, an additional dining table that could also double as a workstation, and a handy drinks fridge. The snug has bi-fold doors leading out to a beautiful large covered balcony and sun terrace with magnificent views over the sea and LLandonna Forest. The third lounge with sofa, chairs, TV and electric coal-effect stove is part of the separate suite on the ground floor at the back of the property, along with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. It also has a family bedroom with double and single bed and a stylish ensuite shower room with WC. Exploring the house further you will find another 4 beautiful bedrooms. On the ground floor is the double bedroom with ensuite shower and WC. Upstairs there is another family bedroom with double and single bed, stylish ensuite shower and WC, a double room with TV and ensuite shower and WC, and the final bedroom with full-size bunk beds, and 2 single beds, along with dual aspect windows. Stepping outside into the beautifully landscaped enclosed garden which is secure behind gates, you can relax and soak up the sun on the paved terrace, retreat to the garage games room with a full-sized pool table, a table tennis table, table football, and darts board, there are also windbreaks, buckets and spades, and sun loungers available for beach use. Enjoy afternoon tea at the table and chairs by the water feature or enjoy summer evenings by the fire pit. There is ample private parking for 6 cars and space to park a jet ski or small boat, along with plenty of space for bicycles, canoes, and paddleboards in the garden.

A beautiful and spacious holiday home comfortably accommodating 10 adults and 4 children. Llain Delyn Lodge has a superb location and has everything you need on your holiday, including a games room which the children loved.

WOW what a beautiful Cottage. Well equipped and very tastefully furnished. My 2 teenage Grandson's made good use of the games room. Plenty of board games etc, for all ages. Llain Delyn Lodge exceeded our expectations. Incredibly spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. A lovely home presented beautifully all very well equipped. We went for a family birthday celebration with an age range from 1 year old to 70 and it suites perfectly. An absolutely beautiful property that catered perfectly for our group of six and two dogs. The house is even better than it looks in the photos! Extremely clean and well equipped, we all felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay here. I miss sitting out on that beautiful balcony with a drink. A very comfortable dog friendly house with easy walking access (after crossing the busy road) to the stunning beach at Red Wharf Bay and local pubs serving good food. A well appointed and equipped lodge with spacious accommodation and very good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Plenty of space ,too, to lounge both inside and out. All of our party members live in quiet locations and although we knew the lodge was on an A road we hadnt realised how busy, noisy and intrusive the traffic would be.

We stayed here as a family of 7 and 2 dogs. Its a lovely large house that has everything you need. It is very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and lots of seating in the dining area and lounge. Breakfast on the balcony was a bonus. The location is ideal. This accommodation is probably the best I have stayed in. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are done to a high spec. The open plan main living room and kitchen is brilliant for large families. The games room is excellent for all children young and old. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and had excellent communication with the owners who went above and beyond accommodating us all.
