We felt so honoured to have the opportunity to stay in a working windmill. This was not a windmill themed experience, but a rare place, who's main business is producing flour. The mill building is very impressive.

The apartment at the mill was very comfortable and furnished/decorated in keeping with its heritage. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the mill products for sale in the mill shop were irresistible. The hosts were very enthusiastic about the mill and we enjoyed an informative tour of the working mill.

We loved this property. Its in a quiet location, but just a short walk from the town centre, with it's many and varied restaurants and take aways. The owners are really friendly and were always happy to answer our questions. Its a lovely area to explore too with two RSPB reserves close by.
