This luxurious property nestles just up from the long golden sands of Sandown, given its stylish and spacious interior this is the perfect retreat for large families and those special occasions.

Sandown Bay and the surrounding areas are renowned for their long sandy beaches where there is plenty to see and do. Take your pick of the huge array of local amenities on offer including the beach itself, Sandown pier and arcade, restaurants and cafes as well as beautiful coastal walks to Yaverland and Shanklin. Yaverland Beach is arguably one of the Isle of Wight's best beaches, providing a long stretch of sand that is great for children and families. In addition, if you fancy taking some day trips to get out and about on some island adventures, consider the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary (3 miles) or Osborne House (12 miles) as a couple of ideal family days out.

Entering via the front porch, you will find plenty of space for hanging coats and walking boots after days out exploring. Up the hallway, you can make your way into the open-plan kitchen/dining area with two sets of bi-folding doors leading out onto the garden and a warming wood burner in the dining area. A central island offers breakfast bar seating, ideal to sit and plan the day trips ahead. The kitchen area has everything you need including a Rangemaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a drinks cooler. The enticing lounge is found across the hallway complete with a Smart TV, creating the perfect combination for a movie night in. Continuing up the hallway you will come to the first bedroom which is also the sole bedroom on the ground floor. The room is equipped with a king-size bed and ample storage space. Completing this floor is the shower room which is equipped with a walk-in shower and WC, along with the utility room which is where you will find your washing machine and tumble dryer. Rising from the ground floor to the first, you will see the glamorous high ceilings continue again into the four remaining bedrooms. Once at the top you can make your way into the master bedroom on your right-hand side which is equipped with a super-king-size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request, must be stated at the time of booking) with a walk-in dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower and WC. The next bedroom is a king-size and treats guests to views over the garden and over to Sandown Bay. The next bedroom has twin beds and the last of the first floor bedrooms is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC and walk in wardrobe. Completing the accommodation on this floor is a shower room with shower and WC.

Making your way outside, you have the enclosed, rear outdoor garden and exceptional patio terrace. Here is the perfect spot to dine alfresco or enjoy the evening sun with the BBQ. Better still, burn some energy in the ample garden space, fantastic for fun and laughter to be had by all on your luxury getaway. There is private parking for up to 5 cars to the front of the property on your private gravel driveway.

Hannover Villa provided us with everything we needed for a multi generational trip away. (6 adults and 2 small ones) The house was spotless and in good repair. The outside space worked well for us and its only a short walk to Sandown Beach front.

This is a fabulous holiday house for a large group. It is a very gracious house decorated well, with comfortable beds a lovely dining area and patio. We stayed as a group of very longstanding friends and had a great time. We always do. The villa was clean and comfortable. It was well-equipped for cooking for eight every evening. Spacious and well appointed property. We really appreciated the beautiful lawn. With the good weather we made use of the gas BBQ every night and ate breakfast on the patio at the long picnic bench - very sociable dining.

Hanover Villa is a spacious, well appointed house. Ample space inside and outside. It's very well equipped, with pans of all sizes, including many large ones in the kitchen, and beach towels.
