Set all on one level, this beautiful countryside escape provides a wonderful place to call home at all times of the year, with cosy interiors and sprawling countryside to explore.

The Georgian market town of Louth (6 miles) has three markets a week, plus many good restaurants, cafes and bars. For keen walkers, the area provides an abundance of walks along the coast and in the Lincolnshire Wolds. The seaside town of Mablethorpe is a short 6-mile drive away and provides an array of shops, cafes, amusements, and pubs to enjoy. Other coastal towns nearby include Skegness (25 miles), Chapel Saint Leonards (17 miles), and Sutton on Sea (12 miles). Slightly further away is the beautiful city of Lincoln (30 miles), with its castle, cathedral, and bespoke shops.

Step into the spacious hallway, which features lots of storage, and wander through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This heart of the home boasts a roaring dual-aspect wood burner (first basket of logs provided), which makes things extra toasty in the chiller months. Relax on the comfy seating by the Smart TV or come together around the dining table and plan the day's activities ahead. The dining room is flooded with light, with access to the outdoor space via bi-fold doors on each side of the room. The kitchen/entrance hall offers everything you need to rustle up a memorable meal during your stay, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There are four bedrooms to choose from, a king-size which lead out to the patio via French doors giving lovely views over the field, two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite wet room with a walk-in shower and WC, and a zip-and-link twin bedroom (which can be made into a super-king-size upon request.) There is a family bathroom with a bath, separate shower, and WC.

Outside, you are spoilt for choice with places to sit and relax. There is an enclosed courtyard with outdoor dining furniture, and a second patio area with lounge seating perfectly placed to enjoy the countryside views. Another seating area is nestled under an enclosed pergola in the nearby field, with a fire pit and charcoal BBQ. There is off-road parking for four cars.

What a wonderful holiday home set in stunning surroundings. The house was very spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped, very comfortable and all we needed for a relaxing holiday. I highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful stay at Nongoby; we enjoyed hosting my son, his wife , and our two young grandchildren; the property is a veritable treasure trove for young ones. The Cottage was lovely, myself, my wife, her Mum, our Grandaughter and her partner and our friend Ann made up our party. So a wide mix of people. The cottage was comfortable with some great touches, the underfloor heating in the bathroom for colder days, was greatly appreciated. The amount of equipment in the kitchen had the girls purring. Fantastic house, comfy beds, relaxing lounge and spacious dining room. The kitchen was well equipped. The highlight for us was the outside space with the wood burner, fabulous evenings sipping wine, watching stars and having quality friend time. The house is close to the coast and we managed a morning out at Donna Nook watching the seals and their Read morenew born pups, amazing. Louth is a beautiful town with many independent shops and cafe's. A trip to Lincoln is a must to see the Cathedral. Hide

Superb, spotlessly clean with everything you'll need. Lots of space, bedrooms are great, especially the larger double. Plenty of parking and the outside space is also really good - the outdoor wood burner and seating set up is a nice touch which we enjoyed most nights. From the very beginning Georgina the host was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Especially as we had 2 disabled adults. Nongoby had everything we needed for 4 children under 12, 2 adults and 2 pensioners. Lots of space to have your quite time if needed. Lots of games to play for the chilRead moredren. We have just spent a wonderful week at Nongoby. We were 2 couples and 2 dogs. The cottage is spacious, very clean and fully equipped. The most important thing for us though was the safe and secure garden for the dogs. It was perfect! There is a gate at the entrance and once that is shut the dogs could roam free in the garden. Absolutely loved our time out here. So relaxed and spacious. It was extremely hot the week we was there so I couldn't venture out much with hubby n wheelchair and the dogs , so spent a good few days reading and looking out at the peaceful countryside. The bungalow was the best equipped place I have ever stayed in. Perfect for children with games toys bikes and the biggest trampoline in the field adjoining. Lovely outdoor space very roomy inside. Beautiful, well equipped holiday home with lots of space inside and out. Very clean and comfortable. Owner Georgina very nice who sent a lovely message before and after our holiday and left lovely gift hamper and birthday and anniversary balloons. Would definitely go again.

You can't go wrong - lots of space and really well equipped, and in a nice quiet location with restful views out of the windows. Our group consisted of five adults, three young children and a dog, and we were able to share the house happily without getting in each other's way. Worth mentioning that there are three full-size fridges and a full-size Read morefreezer, so lots of room to store a week's worth of food. Hide

We had a great stay at Nongoby. We were a party of 7 adults and a dog and there was plenty of room for all of us. The property was lovely and warm and very well equipped. It was secure for the dog and there was plenty of area for him to roam safely round the property grounds. There were open fields to the rear, which you could look out on from the Read moredining room, which had large doors both sides so was very light. It was just a 10 minute drive to Louth for an Aldi and Morrisons. We would return. Hide

Amazing property in a lovely location. Everything you could possibly need is provided. A lot of love and thought has gone into the bungalow. This lovely home is situated in a very quiet area. Very well equipped and specially decorated for our over Easter stay. Warm and cosy. Lovely large, well equipped cottage. Very clean and well maintained throughout. The cottage had everything we need for our stay. There were a few lovely, well signposted walks directly from the cottage. Love to return in the summer so we can sit outdoors and enjoy the countryside views with a glass of wine!

A beautiful holiday house. It gave us so much space indoors and outside. We saw the barn owl as we enjoyed the outdoor seating area with the fire on. Definitely a place we would love to come back to.

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well equipped bungalow, which was beautifully decorated for stay over Christmas. Great location with a co-op, pub and play park within walking distance and the coast just a short drive away. We loved watching the birds, sheep and horses from the bottom of the garden over breakfast.
