We loved the property - comfortable, everything we could want and fantastic art work made it such a great stay. Only a few minutes walk from centre of Rye so really convenient for the shops, restaurants etc. Lovely pub just down the road. Wish we had longer!

Love the cottage, comfortable and perfect location for Rye, our retriever loves the garden and local walks plus the nature reserve and sandy beaches. We have been to this cottage a few times and will definitely be back next year.

We had a lovely week, the house is excellent, fully equipped, and a short walk from town centre. Large garden, and proximity to river, made it seem quite rural.

Situated a short walk from Rye with a convenient footpath from the back of the cottage into town. Very convenient for our dog, which enjoyed the park tremendously. A comfortable stay, with everything to hand including a very well equipped kitchen. Overall a really enjoyable stay in a comfortable cottage.

A lovely clean, comfortable cottage. Good sized garden and I loved sitting on the sofa by the window. Easy walk to shops and to recreation ground for the dog to run around. Parking space outside house quite tight and might be a struggle if you have a big car, but no problem finding a space elsewhere.

Lovely cottage, clean and comfortable. Good location close to lots of places to eat and high street and only a few minutes drive to beach (Camber). Everything we needed was in the cottage except for a fan (it was very hot!) We had a really nice time.

We were here for a week visiting family in Rye and enjoyed our time. A well equipped house with plenty of room for four. The garden was larger than I'd expected, with rear access to the river. Its a short walk into town, and a good base for exploring the surrounding countryside, whether on foot or by car. This house is ideally located and within walking distance from town and local restaurants and pubs. Im guessing this is the reason they can ask a higher rate for rental as it is quite expensive for a 3 night stay. Vanessa was very helpful when we first arrived and wanted to ensure everything was just right for our stay so thank you again Vanessa. WRead moree always managed to park outside so that was never a problem. We used the Globe Inn twice and would recommend this. Would we stay again yes. Hide
