Situated just 200 yards from the centre of the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, ideally located if you like the hustle and bustle of  being just a short stroll from an array of independent shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants. Holt is ideally located should you wish to explore the North Norfolk coastline and beyond. Nature-lovers should visit the premier birdwatching site at Cley (4 miles) and take a trip out by boat to Blakeney Point where you can see the resident grey seals, just 5 miles away. For family days out, head to Amazona Zoo at Cromer just 10 miles away or visit Roarr! Dinosaur Park (19 miles). The stunning National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall are both within an 11-mile radius.

Enter this property to find a stylish lounge where you can relax and unwind, with two sofas and two armchairs providing enough seating for all guests. Cosy up with loved ones in front of the open fire and enjoy the Smart TV/DVD. Head through from the lounge into the dining area, having French doors that lead to the garden the dining area is a great place to gather together for breakfast, lunch, or an evening meal, with the bonus of a wood burner which will add some ambience to any dining occasion. The kitchen is well-equipped providing the chef amongst you with everything you will need to prepare a hearty meal, with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A utility area houses a washing machine. Completing the ground floor is a shower room, with a large walk-in shower and WC. The stairs are off from the dining room, so head on up to the first floor where you will find the master king-size bedroom and a double bedroom, both with ample storage space for your clothes and belongings. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and WC. Heading up the staircase to the second floor, there is a choice of two single bedrooms, again with storage space for clothes and personal items.

The garden at this property is very generous, given its central town location. There is garden furniture on the patio, so guests can light the BBQ and enjoy dining alfresco. Parking for one small car is available to the front of the property alternatively there is parking on Cromer Road or further pay and display parking can be found in the nearby public car park (both are subject to availability).

A fabulous, tastefully decorated house. Very clean and comfortable and so well equipped. Completely enclosed garden and perfect location for the shops, cafes, restaurants. Also fabulous dog walks, all within walking distance, especially Spouts Hill country park which. has a beautiful pond, stream and wild flower meadows. Holt is a wonderful place to stay. The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. It is a real bonus when holidaying with family and preparing some family dinners to have a dish washer. Local restaurants and all amenities are within walking distance.

Perfect location, clean well equipped home. Fully enclosed garden excellent for the dog and not over looked either. Gap between Hand rail on stairs was a bit narrow in places but fine if you weren't relying on it to hold onto. Sorting office were not too noisy and there weren't any disruptions to sleep. Would definitely recommend this property aRead morend would stay here again

The cottage is basic but in a great town location, If you have a large car or more than one parking will likely be a bit of an issue unless you are really lucky and find an available space 5 mins walk up the road. We had a nice stay and it was adequate for 6 adults but there were some basics which disappointed us; We arrived to no toilet roll, no hRead moreand wash, no washing up sponges/cloths and about 1mm of washing up liquid. Quilt covers weren't buttoned up and the open fire isn't usable. Hide

A nice cottage very well placed in central Holt. Parking for a second car tricky. Fire in the lounge is not usable, despite being advertised. TV reception sometimes poor, but has Prime, Netflix etc. Good beds and well appointed.
