Superb position in the countryside with fields and natural beauty in this lovely village of Rowen. Explore many footpaths and cycle routes, find mountains to climb and rivers to stroll along. Enjoy a spot of fishing, a round of golf or even surfing at Surf Snowdonia. This is the perfect location for walking, climbing, kayaking, canoeing and fishing in breath-taking scenery. Just 3 miles from coastal Conwy, a World Heritage Site and home to a 13th-century castle together with a selection of independent shops, restaurants and a fishing harbour. Nature lovers will be spoilt for choice between National Trust’s Bodnant Gardens, the RSPB reserve and wildlife excursions.

Attractive stone barn conversion stylishly furnished with all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay. Walk into the hall and round to the lounge with comfortable sofas, Smart TV and wood-burner (first basket of logs provided) for cosy nights in catching up on each other's news and holiday activities. If you decide to eat in, the hand-crafted oak kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Once the meal is ready everyone can enjoy time together at the dining table in the kitchen. Take time to unwind with a leisurely shower or bath in the first-floor spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Also on this floor are two welcoming bedrooms, both with Smart TVs, choose from the spacious bedroom with a double bed or a twin room.

There is an enclosed walled garden with furniture and positioned to embrace the view from sunrise to sunset. Private parking for two cars at the property. You are welcome to store your bikes in the garden.

What an excellent cottage, very comfortable tastefully furnished and well equipped. The location was good for visiting the local area and 5 minutes from village pub. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Excellent cottage, very clean, and in a picturesque and quiet location ideal for touring North Wales. Would definitely recommend this cottage..The provision of a little honesty "shop" providing basic foodstuff for guests if they run out was really thoughtful.
