Bernard castle, is a lovely Town and location. The cottage was perfectly placed to walk into Town. The cottage was perfectly styled, cosy and with sun trapped walled courtyard garden. Shower was good ,easy to operate and beds were comfortable. What more can you ask. Thankyou. Meals at the three Horseshoes were delicious, fully recommend.

Beautiful cottage. Well furnished and very clean. Lovely sunny patio at rear of house. Great to sit in when sun is out. Fabulous location only minutes stroll from centre of Barnard Castle.

We would highly recommend this cottage. It was spotless and very comfortable with everything you need for your holiday. The garden was a lovely bonus with my husband napping in the summer house. Lots to do in the area, a lovely Italian 'Capri' just over the road.
