This fabulous getaway provides guests with a perfect blend of home comforts and luxury features across all four of its floors. A phenomenal home from home for large families and groups of friends.

This property sits in the calm surroundings of a beautiful harbour where water flows in from the River Medina. This home from home provides guests with easy access to some of the island's most popular attractions; it is close to the historic Osborne House (3.5 miles) where you can easily enjoy a day out taking in all the history and you will also find the famous Isle of Wight Festival site is also nearby too, under 2 miles away. If a beach break is more your style, the property provides easy access to an array of golden sands, from the beautiful shores of Ryde (5.5 miles) to the seaside resort of Shanklin (10 miles) – you will most certainly not be disappointed.

Upon entering this stunning harbour getaway, you will initially come through to the ground-floor hallway which leads swiftly onto the open-plan kitchen/diner. The spacious kitchen space has everything you need including an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and even a breakfast bar with two seats whilst the gorgeous dining table provides ample comfortable seating for all guests. There is a Smart TV here, ideal for catching up with the morning news whilst planning the day's adventures ahead. Sliding doors leading out to the decking with a hot tub and a seating area. Back down the hallway is a snug room that can also be used as a desk space if ever needed – a brilliant place to relax with a good book. Completing this floor is a cloakroom with a WC. Making your way up the first flight of stairs will bring you initially to the deluxe lounge which has two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and a choice of two balconies that can be accessed through sliding doors on two separate sides of the room. We also best not forget the wonderfully designed electric fire feature which encapsulates the true quality of this property. This floor features the first of the family shower rooms which contains a walk-in shower and WC, from which we then come to the first bedroom in the property, containing a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. From here, you take the second set of stairs to the second floor where two further bedrooms are found; one containing a double bed, and the other handily provides guests with a double bed and the addition of a single bed for any additional guests staying. A bathroom is found on this floor too, containing a bath and a WC. And last but certainly not least, to the top floor of this truly unique property where the master bedroom is found. This is a special space that indulges guests with panoramic views of the harbour and surrounding properties. It contains a king-size bed with the added luxury of its own en-suite shower room too, complete with a shower and a WC.

From the kitchen/diner, you can make your way out through the sliding doors to an exquisite outdoor decking area with a private hot tub and outdoor seating. It’s a truly marvellous spot to relax and unwind under the beautiful night’s sky. There is also a large, shared field opposite the property with seating, which is ideal for children to burn some energy whilst adults can sit and take in the peaceful surroundings. There is 1 private parking spaces directly next to the property, however, there is also the added benefit of a large, shared parking area for additional vehicles a very short walk away.

Lovely house in a perfect location, needs some TLC in places but great for a large family group. The Folly pub which is walkable was a real treat with fabulous food.

Amazing house, great it is over 4 levels as gives multiple families their lien space if required. Welcome package was brill too, I have never experienced that before so that was a lovely gesture. Calm Waters is a fabulous property in a great location. It is very well equipped, super-comfortable with plenty of space for a large group and an amazing hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it without hesitation.

We had a really lovely stay . Great location and views of the mariner. Only suggestions would be to leave instructions for central heating and to clean windows in the top.bedroo.m as it has such a lovely view . Otherwise was a great time away ..owners/ caretakers were very helpful and accommodating thanks so much xx

Had a few teething problems and issues on arrival but once the owner was aware of the situation they did all they could to rectify for future guests. Beautiful property in perfect location for base to discover the Isle of Wight (centrally located on island).

Great size property, lovely location next to the marina. Stairs are plentiful (3 floors) It was disappointing alot of the island seemed to be closed (Sandam gardens, Osbourne house) the fireworks were cancelled due to the rain. However we loved the isle of wight and visiting the different resorts mostly all within 30 min drive. 10 min drive from thRead moree ferry port. Great views from top bedroom. Hide

The location of the property and its amenities are first class. The top bedroom is up four flights of stairs so be prepared for a lot of climbing however the views are worth it No bedroom TV's if that is something you are looking for. The Owners need to make more checks as a number of things needed some TLC.
