A glorious, stylish home with a beautiful well-kept dog friendly garden. Located in a bustling seaside fishing town on the Moray coast. Perfect for exploring the picturesque coastline and nearing Highlands.

Lossiemouth is a beautiful seaside town with two glorious, golden sand beaches. Watch sunsets over the harbour or be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the Northern lights from the Moray Firth coast, home to a large pod of bottlenose dolphins. Explore the 40 plus golf courses within a 50-mile radius or discover local whiskey and gin distilleries. Lossiemouth East beach is a perfect place for surfing and water sports throughout the year. Take a stroll over the dunes and spot the RAF planes from the nearby base whilst enjoying a local ice-cream! Visit the local Loch Spynie, 5 miles by car or stroll along the peaceful trails where Otters are regularly spotted and look out for the wide variety of woodland birds.

Enter through the front door into the hall where there is plenty of space for coats and boots. On the ground floor you can find the cosy, living area. Relax in front of the wood burner and enjoy a film night on the wall mounted Smart TV. Step up to the fully fitted kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and boiling tap. Cook up a storm whilst enjoying the view of the beautiful garden from this contemporary kitchen. You will find one bedroom on the ground floor, a king-size. There are also two sleek shower rooms with WC's. Enjoy a family meal in the spacious dining area or in the sunny trap conservatory. There are ample places to relax here! On the first floor is the second twin bedroom and the third bedroom a king-size with beautiful bathroom and stand-alone bath, couple’s shower, WC and underfloor heating. All bedrooms are furnished with ultra-soft linens and dreamy pillows to promise a blissful night's sleep. A very generous house perfect for extended family holidays.

There is parking for three cars to the rear. Let the dogs run wild in the well-established enclosed garden while you relax on the patio or enjoy picking fresh fruit from the many trees in the garden. The garage Is the ideal place for storing surf boards and bikes there is also a chest freezer and washing machine in here. Wash those sandy pups after beach swims in the double dog shower.

Lovely cottage and Lossiemouth is such a delightful location. The two beaches in Lossiemouth were great and easy to access and the cottage was a great base for exploring villages and beaches both east and west....and of course lots of distilleries nearby!

We had a lovely stay in Sea Glass Cottage. Nicely decorated and truly dog friendly with a large secure garden. Extra dog bed, leads and bowls provided and super beach and forest walks nearby. Would definitely recommend.

What a great house for multi generation families, everyone has space if wanted and the house and garden is so dog friendly and peaceful. The best holiday cottage we have stayed in, it was pretty much a home to home. Everything you need is there. Its a beautiful home & you would want to live there! Secured garden for the dogs, co-op literally minutes walk away. Recommend going to Harbour light for lunch, and for the best Indian, go to Elgin - Qismat Indian cuisine, & Salt cellar, botRead moreh great place to eat. Enjoyed our family holiday with teens and a dog. Great house well equipped and very clean. Fantastic location in the town with easy walking to shops, beach and eateries. Easy parking with RAF planes adding interest with minimal disruption. Thanks to our responsive host a very memorable trip.

Excellent cottage - perfect for 3 generations. Everyone has their privacy and their own bath/shower room. Sooo dog friendly - theyve got their own shower too and doggie treats in the welcome pack. Visited with our family and everyone enjoyed it - will visit again.

This is a lovely cottage with a high standard of cleanliness. It is genuinely dog friendly. the owner providing covers, a dog bed, bowls and dog treats. The garden is secure even for small dogs with plenty of seating for the humans. It is generally well equipped with comfortable bedrooms, sofas and dining. This is a lovely comfortable cottage in a great location for the beach and the town centre. The house is well-equipped (the bathrooms are particularly nice), and the garden is spacious and secure for dogs. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the thought that had clearly gone into making the cottage welcoming and easy to settle into.

This is our second visit - which tells you something, and not that we lack imagination! The house is delightful - really easy to settle into, with excellent spaces/facilities. It is so comfortable and relaxing - and we cannot find any fault with it. Seaglass Cottage was the best holiday home any of us have ever been to. We are a very well travelled family and this was, home from home. The attention to detail and hidden extras was so welcoming. The house is top spec and no stone unturned in the set up. Everything you could possibly want is to hand. Extremely dog friendly. We were a family of 5 Read moreadults and a dog. The cottage was stunning everything we needed. Stylish, modern yet cosey. Log burner perfect after long autumn beach dog walks. Everything in walking distance. Exceptionally dog friendly with lots of lovely throws for our dog to feel at home. Dog shower in garage absolutely fab idea. Cant wait to go back again.

Fabulous accommodation - couldn't fault it. Great location close to beautiful beach. Just don't order from the local takeaways - food was poor quality and even worse value. Overall, however, we had a great holiday.

Lovely cosy cottage, very dog friendly. Great garden with plenty of space for dogs to run about, and comfortable seating areas. We had a super stay here with two dogs. The cottage was well equipped, spotless and with so many 'extra' touches. The upstairs bathroom with its couples shower and freestanding bath was a real joy. The garden is super and we spent many hours relaxing there with a book. We didn't know much about Lossiemouth but hit the jackpot with the East Sands beRead moreach. Glorious.
