The edge of Northumberland’s National Park is only 6 miles offering a wide range of walking and cycling trails. Alnwick Castle and the famous Alnwick Gardens are less than 12 miles and the stunning sandy beach in Alnmouth is 16 miles.
Step inside this welcoming cottage and into a small hallway where you can hang up your coats and store your walking boots. Head through the glazed door and you are greeted by an attractively furnished open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax on the comfortable sofa and easy chairs in front of the warming wood burner to catch up on your day with a glass of wine. Unwind after dinner by watching your favourite movies on the Smart TV. Spend sociable time together sitting at the dining table for meals and planning your next days’ adventures. The kitchen is well equipped with a two-ring induction hob and an electric combined oven, grill, and microwave. There is a special hot tap for making tea and coffee, as well as a kettle and a small, countertop freezer is housed in the cupboard off the lounge. Upstairs is a charming king-size bedroom where you can enjoy a good night’s sleep with open storage space for your belongings. There is a second bedroom which has a double bed and wardrobe.
