This single-storey property offers privacy and superb countryside views. Close to sandy beaches and clifftop walks, this cottage is ideal for families and a four-legged friend.

The pretty village of Phillack is within 1 mile of the breathtaking Hayle Beach, which becomes the Mexico Towans Beach. Here you’ll find a pub, restaurant and shop so you won't be short of things to explore from your doorstep. The South West Coast Path follows a scenic route across cliffs to Godrevy Point so explore here or take a stroll down to the surf school in Hayle and enjoy the long stretch of beach, recently voted the best beach in the UK by The Times. Head to the nearby village of St Ives, just 9 miles away with beautiful galleries, restaurants, beaches and picturesque harbour which is easily accessible by a pretty coastal railway or bus route if you'd prefer not to take the car. Take the children to Paradise Park just 2 miles away, and visit St Michaels Mount in Marazion, only 7 miles away.

Upon arrival, step into the entrance hall and hang up your outerwear. Head through into the open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner. This property really has wonderful social living spaces for you to enjoy with your loved ones. The lounge has a wood burner (first basket of logs provided) so cosy up on the sofa whilst the fire crackles in the background. Watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. The dining area has plenty of seating for everyone so gather around and play a board game or plan the next day's adventure. Open up the bi-fold doors and bring the outside in. The newly fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need including an induction oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, wine fridge, microwave and there's also a breakfast bar. You'll find one super king-size bedroom (zip and link bed), one king size and a third bedroom with a single bed that pulls out for extra sleeping space if required. There is a stylish family bathroom which has a freestanding roll-top bath with shower attachment, a separate shower and a WC.

Open up the bi-fold doors and extend the celebration onto the patio and lawn. With an outlook directly onto fields, you'll really be able to unwind and relax here. There are several seating areas including bistro seating for morning coffee, a sun lounger - perfect for having a lazy day - and outdoor seating so you can dine alfresco with the BBQ on the go. There is driveway parking for two cars and an electric car charging point.

Cottage was fine parking easy even for a xc90! Large potholes in minor roads leading to cottage could be an issue for the unaware.

We had a great week visiting all the local areas and beaches all be it a little wet at times. The bungalow was comfortable and warm to come back to. It had everything you need for cooking your evening meals if need be. Several things would have been good additions bearing in mind the British weather and these have been suggested. Overall a very impressive bungalow. Extremely well-equipped and spacious open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. Bedrooms satisfactory and very clean. Whilst we had a couple of minor issues initially these were sorted very quickly by the owner, who we had the pleasure to meet. It was in his heart to ensure we had a great time. Ideal location especially walking the dog on the dunes and beach. Many beaches around aren't dog friendly in middle of the day, so Mexico Towans beach is ideally located just 10 mins walk over dunes. The Cottage is in walking distance to the lovely sandy Beach, the dog can run free and it is a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The House is very well equipped and the owners are easy to reach and helpful. I would not suggest the house for six people for a long stay, as the third bedroom is really small, but for a Family of four it is exquisit.

Kitchen is amazing, very modern and spotlessly clean. Bathroom is a good size and offers both a seperate bath and a shower unit and is bright and cheery. The owner's left us some lovely treats (thank you very much) the dog also enjoyed hers. Property is in a nice quiet location and a 10-minute walk over the dunes to a massive dog friendly beach.

Great location, short walk to beach. Five minute walk to the pub, very welcoming. 25 minute walk to the train and a short journey to St Ives. Nice comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen with lots of crockery and cutlery. Dishwasher and tabs provided. Even an air fryer! Nice garden & furniture and completely enclosed. Property positioned perfectly for walks with the dogs on to the dunes and coast and then for a stroll down to the pub. Local takeaways very good. Only used the car to get essential supplies. Highly recommend this for a doggy stay.

We enjoyed the proximity to Mexico Towans beach and the open plan living space. There is a modern (and well-equipped) kitchen but some other areas of the cottage would benefit from refurbishment.

Amazing location. Generally well equipped inside, could do with some of the furnishings being revamped and it would be perfect. The garden is lovely - low-ish fence, our dog was fine but others might not be.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Sea Esta. It is situated in a great location being very close to the beach and good walks. Also, it is very peaceful and private being tucked away. The property is extremely well equipped, particularly the Kitchen, and benefits from a lovely open plan lay out.

Nice bungalow, very well equipped, spacious and great location for the beach and surrounding areas. Loved having the Towans on the doorstep. Would throughly recommend Riley the golden retriever appreciated the treats and tennis ball.
