Snowdrop cottage is a wonderful home from home holiday. We have never been to a rental property where there was literally nothing that wasn't provided for you. We had wonderful weather and spent most of our days out exploring the beaches and areas around. Beautiful cottage. Had all the amenities we needed and we enjoyed our stay immensely, although the dehumidifier was a tough taskmaster and required emptying twice a day (we didn't mind, it was worth it to preserve this gorgeous building). The owner was also very friendly and helpful. The two pubs open served great food and ale. All in all a great wRead moreeek and another chunk of the coastal path completed! Hide

Location great but seems to be rather neglected. Cluttered with unnecessary furniture and cold on arrival. Could be a lovely place with a bit more attention to detail/updating.

Overall, we had a highly enjoyable stay in Snowdrop Cottage. Its location is perfect, both from the perspective of its place in the village (three good pubs and two village shops in walking distance, not to mention an outstanding fish and chip shop!) as well as its proximity to places of interest including the SW coast path. The cottage is well-equRead moreipped and very comfortable, and its off-street parking place is a bonus. Hide

The cottage is in such a splendid location with lovely walks, especially to Hartland Harbour, and to nearby towns/villages. The three pubs are good, and village shop fully equipped. Fish & Chip shop & Pizza place not open every day: village residents friendly.
