With quick access to the A38, Notter Mill is a great base for you to explore the South West, and with the local pub 500 metres from your door and supermarkets 2.5 miles away, you will have everything you need for a great break away. This wonderful complex of lodges nestles on the banks of the River Lynher in a peaceful and secluded setting with a tranquil atmosphere and boasts plenty for the family to do.
Enter the lodge and step into a very spacious lounge/dining/kitchen, with plenty of light and a wonderfully open feel. The kitchen is complete with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, the perfect place to pack up a good lunch for the day or cook up a delicious evening meal. Head through to the lounge/dining area where you will find a great sociable place to spend time either around the dining table or relaxing on the comfy seating and watching your favourite programmes in front of the open fire on the TV with Freeview. There are two bedrooms on the same floor: the first main bedroom is a lovely double bedroom with plenty of storage space; the second is the twin bedroom. Next door is the bathroom with a walk-in shower and a WC.
Outside is a wonderful patio area with garden furniture as well as a shared lawn to use. The complex has a coin-operated launderette available on-site for guests, along with a play area, tennis court, and an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from Spring Bank Holiday at the end of May until early September) for all to enjoy. There is parking for one car on the private driveway outside the lodge, and further parking in the shared private car park.
