The cosy lounge area has two large comfy sofas that can seat six, a Smart TV ideal for logging in to your streaming services and another open fire. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom is a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a 2ft 6" twin on request), bedroom two is a double room and bedroom three is a bunk room. All rooms have plenty of storage for your belongings. The family shower room with WC completes the layout of the first floor.

An interesting house - warm and comfortable. Despite being next to the school, we were never disturbed. The garden was lovely and we wish we could have used it more. You will never run out of cutlery or crockery! The house is amply equipped, although we agree with a previous review that it is a little tired. We liked the area with enjoyable visits Read moreto Kings Lynn, Sandringham and Holkham. A great Sunday lunch in the Rose and Crown. The whole area was very dog friendly, especially Holkham. Hide
