Upstairs there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom is a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a 2ft 6" twin on request), bedroom two is a double room and bedroom three is a bunk room. All rooms have plenty of storage for your belongings. The family shower room with WC completes the layout of the first floor.

Lovely location and nice cottage. Was a little disappointed there was empty salt and pepper and not even a pot of sugar was left for a cup of tea (or tea bags!) considering the amount paid. Luckily a shop is round the corner so we could buy sugar and tea bags on the first night. Snettisham is a lovely village

An interesting house - warm and comfortable. Despite being next to the school, we were never disturbed. The garden was lovely and we wish we could have used it more. You will never run out of cutlery or crockery! The house is amply equipped, although we agree with a previous review that it is a little tired.
