Perfectly situated in the picturesque village of Isle Brewers, on the edge of the Somerset Levels, this beautifully presented conversion is a perfect base for exploring all that Somerset, Devon and Dorset have to offer. Within easy walking distance of the property is a mill stream and the River Isle. There is a vast choice of walks to choose from and the National Cycle Network route 33 runs directly through the village. Visit the famous World Heritage Jurassic coastline where you can go fossil hunting on the beautiful beach of Charmouth (26 miles) or visit the seaside towns of West Bay (25 miles) and Lyme Regis (26 miles). To name but a few attractions, Clarks Village (17.5 miles), Wells Cathedral (25 miles), Wookey Hole (26 miles) and Glastonbury Tor (19 miles).

This stylishly decorated conversion is light and airy and offers excellent attention to detail. Just brilliant in every way. The cottage was a pure delight with everything at hand inside that you would need and a delightful space outside to sit in on a nice day. The location is beautiful. We were in search of a peaceful retreat and thats certainly what we found. Lovely comfortable cottage with all we needed; a comfortable bed and good showers - plus a quiet village location and lovely secluded outdoor space. Just what we needed.

This house is a perfect holiday cottage, in a quiet location in a beautiful small village away from main roads and hussle and bussle. The house is in top condition, thoughtfully restored and with everything you need for your stay. The owners gave us a warm welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our week.

The cottage is really lovely, the owners have thought of everything . Its in a very quiet pretty village. Nice private outside area to sit and eat ,weather permitting . I couldnt fault anything at all .we would definitely recommend it.

A very well appointed cottage in a superb rural setting. A lovely homely feel with plenty of space. The owners were welcoming and helpful and obviously enjoy hosting their quests. Would highly recommend and may return at a different time of year to see more seasonal/rural activities. Loved the area and all the walking opportunities.

What a delight we found in this lovely cottage. We needed a lovely place to stay and from the moment I walked in I felt enveloped by the love and care to detail that the owners have in this property. A lovely welcome basket complete with chocolate eggs for Easter. Wonderful power showers set us up for busy days exploring and everything we needed waRead mores there including in the kitchen and hairdryer. Lovely, immaculate, well equipped cottage in a very quiet location. We had a fabulous week exploring the local area, would recommend Barrington Court, National Trust Property as a place to visit. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much for the lovely goodies you left for us, they were very welcome. The recommendations in the welcome book of where to visit came in handy, Langport being especially good for dog walks. The garden was both lovely and truly dog-proof!

We stayed over the Easter weekend as a family of 4, along with our dog. The cottage was perfect, beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you could need. Lovely location too, with plenty of local walks. The welcome hamper was a really thoughtful touch, and the kids loved the chocolate bunnies! Would fully recommend a stay here.

Drapers is an absolutely lovely holiday cottage and Rod, and Jo are perfect hosts. For anyone concerned about staying next door to their host don't be - you wouldn't know that Rod and Jo are there but if you do need anything they could not be more helpful. The cottage itself is beautifully appointed with everything you need and more. It truly is a Read morehome from home with luxurious linen and towels and a more comfortable bed than our own!
