Lovely big comfortable house for a family break, all the extras like toilet rolls, coffee & sugar ect were appreciated and the welcome pack of milk and cakes was a lovely touch. We absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we arrived - the worst part was having to leave! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy, high chair and cot provided. Baby loved it! The house was in a great location, a few minutes walk from the sea front plus central to other attractions. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 10 people. Highly recommend for a place to stay.

Perfect house for a group of 7 women. Location amazing in a very quiet area of Rhos-on-Sea but less than 5 mins walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean, well equipped spacious house. Hot Tub was great. Will definitely be back.

There were 5 adults and 3 children celebrating Granddads 80th birthday. The house was spacious and ideal for a large family. The hot tub was a great success and the games room with pool table was enjoyed immensely by the whole family. Location wise was excellent only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Lovely home. Beautiful king size bedrooms . The en-suite single is not actually en-suite but the shower room is next to it. The other single and the downstairs bedrooms are basic but functional. There was ten of us so a house with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was ideal for us, and a hot tub perfect. Near to the beach for a walk. Owner left little care gifts like a basket of biscuits, tea bags, milk and coffee.

The cottage was much better than we expected and the pictures really do not do it justice, all guests commented on the size and cleanliness of the property and were incredibly happy with our stay. Brilliant location with plenty of room for a family group of ten (3 couples, 3 young children plus a baby) - other than the downstairs bedroom and shower room being very tight! Situation is a very pleasant residential area, close to the seafront and just a ten minute walk from the main cafes and shops at the other end of the village. Hot tub was a Read morereal hit. Absolutely gorgeous house, every amenity needed, comfortable beds and rooms, lovely and clean. Perfect location, but a hill to the beach for anyone with mobility issues. Very central for coastal resorts, Snowdonia and even not too far from Cheshire Oaks if outlet shopping is your thing. Highly recommended by all our family

Beautiful Victorian house with some original features. Perfect for a large family group. The pool table was a real hit for us and of course the hot tub! Great location , just a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and 10 minutes from the town. House is gorgeous, beach is just at the end of the road, a few minutes walk. Nearest train station is Colwyn Bay. Only slight downfall is if you want to go into Llandudno on a weekend, we couldn't get a taxi at all, did manage to get the number 12 bus, it's expensive, but they are regular. Other than that, we would definitely stay again.
