A comfy setting ideal for families, particularly those with younger children. Hosts very responsive. Easy access to Rye and the area which surrounds it, with lots of choice locally for places to visit.

A wonderfully clean and equipped house. Near enough to the beach to allow several visits a day while allowing a break for food and play in the sand in the garden. For us 5 adults and 5 children (age 2-7) there was plenty to do within the house- games and garden. With a bit of very careful parking we managed to get 4 cars on the drive.

Absolutely Beautiful! We had a fab time at Casasands, the kids all loved the outside area, and snug! As did the adults! Stayed here with the family and grandchildren last week in the half term. The weather was not great but we had a wonderful time. The addition of The Snug (games room) was well used by adults and children alike. Lots of competitions. The house was very clean and well equipped for a dozen people. Would certainly recommend.

Cottage is absolutely beautiful, as well as the garden. The addition of the snug with the games table and darts is fantastic. Has absolutely everything that you need for an amazing stay. Location is brilliant, within walking distance from the beach. We managed to get 4 cars on the drive. We had a brilliant stay and will definitely be returning.

Cottage is on a private road but also accessible by pedestrians. We were able to get 3 cars on its forecourt. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very well equipped and we wanted for nothing. We had a great time at casasands comfortable lounge with lovely outlook onto a Great garden especially for small children.
