This home is situated in a prime position along the Cornwall coast, a spot that provides guests with easy access to the turquoise waters at Porth Beach. Newquay itself is incredibly well known for the world-famous Boardmasters Festival, as well as a fabulous selection of local shops, restaurants, and cafés. For a more active approach to the town, why not visit some of its adventurous attractions including Newquay Zoo and the array of stunning beaches, including Lusty Glaze (1 mile). The beautiful Watergate Bay (1.5 miles) is most certainly worth a visit, or for a totally different Cornish experience, visit the pretty harbour town of Padstow (16 miles) with its plethora of upmarket eateries.

Upon entering this lovely property, you will immediately notice the attention to detail in making this a beautiful coastal holiday home for families and friends to enjoy. Make your way into the open hallway with access to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, stairway to the second floor, and the downstairs bedroom. The lounge space is incredibly homely with a comfortable corner sofa, additional armchairs, and of course the warming wood burner. There is also a snug area with an additional sofa, a choice of board games to enjoy, and even a telescope! You can also enjoy viewing your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. The kitchen is incredibly well fitted, containing all the appliances you will need during your stay, with a choice of seating either on the breakfast bar or dining table. The ground-floor bedroom benefits from a king-size bed, and also the added luxury of an en-suite shower room. Making your way up the short stairway will bring you to the remaining three bedrooms and the family bathroom. In the master bedroom, you will find a king-size bed, again with an en-suite shower room - you can also awake to some beautiful sea views from this room. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed with direct access to the outdoor patio, and the final bedroom offers twin single beds. Completing this wonderful interior is the family bathroom.

You can make your way to the rear enclosed garden via the side gate of the property, the kitchen area, and the second bedroom. The outdoor space surrounds the rear and side of the property and provides multiple outdoor seating areas on the patio and terrace spaces. You can relax in the hot tub after a busy day out, new for 2023. There is also a BBQ provided for guests to cook up their favourite food whilst taking in the views across to Porth Beach.
