Probably the most spacious cottage we have stayed at in Sedbergh. Great location and all the better for being able to park outside. Very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds are very comfortable and slept well.

Excellent cottage, really enjoyed our stay. Very well equipped, warm, cosy and comfortable. A very comfortable and well equipped cottage in a perfect location in Sedbergh. Plenty of pubs and bars offering a range of tastes and prices. There were more than enough walks for the week, straight out of the cottage in The Howgills and along the river. A fabulous, well stocked greengrocer and butchers within a minutes walk from the cottage.

A lovely cosy cottage fully fitted out with quality items. A good position too, with easy access to all the facilities of Sedbergh. We can highly recommend the sausages from The Meat Locker just round the corner. Overall an excellent stay.

The cottage was lovely and has so many plus points, but unfortunately also a number of negative points. Toilet in en-suite had black scum around the water-line and wasn't clean.
