Lovely cottage with everything we needed - kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms large and comfy. Small rear garden was lovely to sit out in the evening. Rural location which was very good for local walks and exploring local village. If you're not a confident driver I wouldn't book here however, to access you need to turn at the bottom of the lane Read moreor reverse into a tight roadway. Delivery drivers do block the road in and you need to wait and there is also often a car parked at top. Hide

Lovely cottage in a nice location. Suit agile adults as a few quirky steps. Very narrow access in and out of cottage. Great for walks and exploring local area. Not particularly dog friendly, as dogs cannot be left alone in cottage, nor are they allowed upstairs. Rear garden is not fully enclosed.

Fabulous cottage bags of character. Location ideal and although very narrow access road we had no problem as such a quiet location. For a cottage we were impressed with the space and storage. We were visiting family and used to live in Plymouth so did not need to visit local attractions.

A quiet location, clean and well maintained, well positioned to investigate south devon. Shopping and entertainment (Plymouth) within easy reach. A comfortable stay but you need to be country lane driver, although not to bad.. We had a nice holiday here.

The cottage is In a great location. The only tiny downside is access, but we managed to get round this. The rooms are very comfortable and I loved the kitchen/diner and the garden was lovely. Very quiet and absolutely perfect for us all. We will come again. Thank you.

We spent a short break with dog and friends. There are lots of great footpaths from cottage so dog walking excellent. The pub is walkable but need a torch if returning home at dusk .. the footpath is uneven. The cottage is very cosy and we had a great time.

This was a lovely cottage in a fab location. People mentioning the narrow roads clearly don't know the countryside well as this is to be expected! Our 7 seater people carrier coped just fine. Great location for dogs. Everything supplied for our 17 month old so that helped a lot. Could just do with a welcome pack of a few necessities and sharp kniveRead mores for cooking. Hide

Lovely, comfortable and quiet cottage. Access is tricky but in this part of the country its unavoidable as most of Devons lanes are tight. Very well equipped. Not too far into Plymouth and its amenities.

A really lovely cottage and we had a nice welcome from the owner. Spotless inside and everything we needed. The garden was very secure for our 2 terriers. Beds very comfortable and we slept really well due to the peace and quiet. The narrow lane to the cottage is to be expected in rural Devon and we had no problem with it. We'll go again.
