We had a lovely time! The cottage was clean and cosy. The location wasnt great but if your happy to drive for a bit to get anywhere then your fine! The cottage was easy to use and Richard explained everything well. The bed and sofa were really comfy.

An amazing last minute find about 6 miles inland from Clovelly.. a cottage with great character and history, it has a wood burner & new sofa to rest after a days exploring, a lovely bedroom with 4 poster bed with the old beams still showing. Richard is a good host and I expect to return one day.. Neil & Jo

Lovely area and good host and nice grounds. Property is very remote and is about 2 miles from the village. It would be a difficult to walk to it for a n evening meal etc. The property is good if. You want to get away from it all.

Lovely cosy, peaceful cottage away from the hustle and bustle. A very warm and helpful welcome from our host. The cottage is clean and, although compact, plenty big enough for two people.
