Lovely converted (quaint and quirky) Old School House which is ideally situated for long walks with the dog and with the oldest pub on the island pub very close by. Very close to Niton, Ventnor and Godshill and only a bus ride or a short drive away from Newport.

Great location to explore the island. Some of the School House decor is looking a bit shabby and the drive is a tight squeeze for larger vehicles. Watch your heads on the beams.

lovely village and helpful information provided about things to do, places to go. A couple of small 'snagging' issues e.g. loose items. We had a great week in terms of weather but upstairs bedrooms very hot and the beams are quite low for tall people.

There are issues that need attention, but the property is characterful and in a nice location. Good food at the local pub and Niton Stores have comprehensive choice. Good spot for exploring and the bus service is reliable. Lots of closed roads and diversions made travelling around frustrating at times.

What an amazing place. Such a lovely property. We didn't want to come home. The beds were rely comfortable. The garden very peaceful with a small stream at the back. Had a fantastic stay at this wonderful property. Clean and tidy, kitchen well stocked and a lovely lounge area. The king bed is very comfortable. The dining area is cozy, so be prepared to not plan for a feast if five people staying for dinner. Learn how to reverse park efficiently before you arrive. Road is quite and not a nuisance

Our comments would only cement what a beautiful property you have here....If I give my honest opinion you will end up fully-booked for the next 10 years and I wish to return ......therefore I will leave the curious guessing and let them decide for themselves.
