This wonderful property is in Littleworth, Amberley a pretty Cotswold village on the edge of Minchinhampton Common with far reaching views. The commons are home to rare plants and butterflies and are also popular for the golf course and wide-open spaces for walking, running and cycling, kite festival and the local ice-cream factory. The property is an ideal base to explore many popular Cotswold towns and villages with Nailsworth (1.8 miles), Tetbury (7.4 miles) and Cirencester (11.6 miles). Each have a wealth of dining options and independent shops. Just 100 metres from the property is a traditional Cotswold pub, which has stunning views across the rolling countryside and is a lovely peaceful setting for a meal out after exploring the area. After a busy day exploring the beautiful local area, make your way back to your fantastic Cotswold retreat which has been thoughtfully renovated.

Enter the deceptively large property into a charming reception room with comfortable seating. This is a great space to relax and plan some lovely walks and activities with your friends or family. Next to the kitchen is a useful utility room and downstairs shower room. Upstairs are three uniquely designed bedrooms, 1 king-size (converts to twin on request), 1 double and 1 twin, all ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom is a spacious sanctuary for freshening up in the morning, or for soaking in the freestanding tub after a busy day out. Considering the location in the heart of the village, the property has a large garden that wraps around from outside the kitchen. There is a great little dog-washing station along with an area to discard boots.
