The walkers amongst you are well catered for with easy access to join the beautifully scenic South West coast path, where you will surely find many rugged coves and historic fishing villages to explore. Newquay itself provides many reasons for a day trip including the glorious golden sandy beaches and turquoise waters beyond, famous for providing some of the best surf in the UK. There are also many local shops, cafés and restaurants serving up all sorts of local delicacies. Other popular attractions include Newquay Zoo (4 miles), Pirates Quest crazy golf (4.5 miles), the Eden Project (16 miles) and many National Trust properties.
From the exposed beams to the warming log burner, on entering this wonderful barn conversion you will soon notice the fabulous blend of original and contemporary features it has on offer. The home features an upside-down layout with an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner upstairs and bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. The living area provides a comfortable corner sofa from which to relax in front of the warming wood burner and watch your favourite films on the Smart TV, after a day of trekking across North Cornwall. The kitchen has everything needed for a stress-free stay, whilst guests have a choice of seating from the dining table to a breakfast bar, either of which is perfect to sit with a morning brew and plan the day ahead. Making your way downstairs will bring you to the three bedrooms provided. The master bedroom provides a king-size bed with Smart TV and an accompanying en-suite shower room, the second bedroom offers a super-king bed which can handily be split into two single beds upon request, and finally, the third bedroom again offers another different option with a bunk bed with double base. Completing this lovely interior is the family bathroom.
Guests are treated to two separate enclosed outdoor patio areas, one of which is accessible from the third bedroom, and the other from the master bedroom, or by making your way down the steps from the primary entrance of the property. The spaces provide comfortable outdoor seating and even a gas BBQ allowing you to wine, dine and share your best memories of the holiday over your favourite tipple.
