Absolutely brilliant little place. A great base for easy jaunts to the seaside , gorgeous panoramic views from the moment you open the front door! Added bonus of an enclosed garden/ recreation area to let the dog run around in the evenings before bed. Can not fault this little gem at all and the owners are so welcoming and friendly. Very relaxing half-term stay. Our children loved seeing the chickens and guniea pigs and we thoroughly enjoyed walks down to the beautiful lake. Perfect location for our first visit to explore Devon. Mark & Lisa very kind and flexible.

Our stay at The Granary was wonderful. The cottage was just right for the two of us, and despite the strange times we're going through, we were made very welcome by the owners and all the people of Devon. Would definitely visit again!

Had a lovely time at the cottage, good base to access beaches along north Devon. About 15 to 20 mins to the nearest. Owner very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed that we had access to beach equipment so you don't need to pack your own. Fantastic gardens and space, great for the kids, neither wanted to come home!

We had a great holiday at the beginning of August. The location was perfect as it was quiet, yet not too far from the beach. The large garden is ideal for children with swings and animals to see. We were not ready to go home at the end of the week!

The cottage was perfect for our needs and very clean. Kitchen was really well equipped so had no trouble cooking meals. Lovely welcome from Lisa, the owner, who couldnt have been more helpful. Our girls (9yrs and 6.5yrs) loved opening the curtains to the cows in the yard of a morning. Beautiful garden and fields to explore including the lake with all the dragonflies.
