The cottage was perfect for our needs and very clean. Kitchen was really well equipped so had no trouble cooking meals. Lovely welcome from Lisa, the owner, who couldnt have been more helpful. Wouldve liked to have stayed longer as we ran out of time to make the most of the facilities on site - we had good weather so spent a lot of our time out andRead more about. Easy to get to lots of beaches and only 10 mins to the local supermarkets - we did click and collect at Barnstaple Sainsburys on arrival. Hide

A quirky little place in a beautiful location, perfect for our family holiday. Not too difficult to find either. Our girls (9yrs and 6.5yrs) loved opening the curtains to the cows in the yard of a morning, then after breakfast feeding the chickens and saying hello to the guinea pigs. Beautiful garden and fields to explore including the lake with alRead morel the dragonflies. Hosts are friendly, informative and very thoughtful; they have stocked a garage with beach gear you can borrow. Hide

Comfortable cottage with everything that you need, wonderful friendly welcome, great location approximately ten minutes to Torrington one direction and similar distance to Barnstaple in the opposite (nice to have the convenience of a main road too!). Really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to returning.
