The cottage is spotless, well equipped and well maintained. The welcome pack was very generous and it was especially helpful to have milk and bread included. Everything you need is within walking distance, bakery, cafe, butcher, greengrocers, pharmacy and some very nice gift shops. The fish and chip shop was amazing as was the Royal Hotel. Our dog Read moreArchie enjoyed the river walk. The only issue was car parking, strictly one space, car park across the road closed, nearest parking was in town. Hide

The Cottage is a lovely compact space. Very neat, well equipped and charming. We unfortunately didn't get to experience as much of the outdoors due to storm Eowyn, but we were able to take advantage of all the available board games!

This is one of the best accommodation that we have stayed in during our regular holiday visits to Scotland within last 20plus years. It was home away from home and everything within the accommodation was very tastefully thought and equipped. Surely, as and when next trip, it will have to be this accommodation.

If you are looking for a base to travel around central Scotland, look no further. This cottage provides comfort, luxury, nice touches (coffee machine) and access to great restaurants and pub. Not to mention cafes. We loved our week here. Comrie is a very picturesque village with lots of stuff to do without needing a car on a daily basis.

Great location, plenty walking direct from the cottage. Warm and comfortable cottage. There is a fairly big step down to one of the bedrooms which was awkward for one of our group who had to use that bedroom as they needed the en suite bathroom. Lovely welcome goodies left for us. I would definitely stay here again.

The cottage is close to the river but even during Storm Babet (October 2023) is safe from flooding. It is modern, warm, comfortable and quiet . The village shops are two minutes away. Great location for walks to the Deil's Caldron & Lord Melville's Monument, mountain biking at Comrie Croft and reaching the Bannockburn Battle Experience at Stirling.
