The village of Noss Mayo is just 1.5 miles (closer at low tide!) there you will find two more lovely local pubs, whilst slightly further afield you will find popular Devonshire hotspots in cinematic Mothecombe Beach (5.4miles, International Velvet and Hornblower filmed there), Plymouth (8 miles), which offers plenty of places to eat, one being The Fig Tree, or try The Oyster Shack at Bigbury-on-sea (15 miles).
This property, previously known as Scantlings, is set above the road accessed via a number of steps to the front, once you arrive at the patio area, take a moment to simply pause, turn and take in the view.
