Not only is this a superb property where you could happily spend all your time, you are perfectly placed to explore the coast and county of Norfolk. Take a short drive into the centre of King’s Lynn (4 miles), spend a day and explore 800 years of history whilst also visiting the shops, restaurants, and a golf course for those who enjoy sports. Head to the King’s private residence at Sandringham Estate (9 miles) with its picturesque country house, a museum showcasing royal life and 40 acres of gardens. For some traditional seaside family fun, head to Hunstanton (17 miles) which has a fun fair, crazy golf, a Sea Life Centre and traditional amusement galore. Animal lovers should visit Snettisham Park (14 miles) and Pensthorpe (25 miles) and a little further afield at Blakeney Point (35 miles) you can take a boat trip out to see the country’s largest colony of grey seals.
You enter this fabulous property and arrive in the hallway where you will immediately get a feel of the craftmanship that has gone into this stunning house with its exposed oak beams. Head through to the open-plan lounge, kitchen and orangery and you will have a wonderful social space to enjoy with loved ones when celebrating any special occasion. The kitchen has all you’ll desire to lovingly cook up a meal and then serve up at the dining table for ten which is off from the kitchen in the orangery. The lounge, complete with wood burner and a Smart TV, is the ideal place to relax with a drink in hand and a movie. There are two ground-floor king-size bedrooms, one of which has a Smart TV and both have zip-and-link beds, ample storage space and share a ground-floor shower room and WC. Upstairs, you have the master bedroom with a king-size bed, plenty of storage space and an en-suite shower room and the other bedrooms are two single rooms and another king-size (zip-and-link which can be made up as a twin on request).
