For those who like dry land, push your limits on an 8-mile mountain bike course. You will also find a restaurant, playground, shops, bird hides and miles of footpaths and bridleways to explore. Take a trip to the local pub in Brassington (1.7 miles) that can also be accessed on foot over the farm land. Visit towns and villages such as Cromford, Matlock Bath, Bakewell and Buxton, all of which boast an array of shops and restaurants and within a 20 mile radius.
The property itself has the perfect area to decant your muddy boots and coats, whilst being under cover and away from the elements, come rain or shine. Here you can also get those muddy paws ready for a wipe down and enter the hallway. There is a well-equipped utility room and a door that leads into the kitchen.
