This exceptional lodge is situated in Dunwich which is a truly unique and special coastal village in Suffolk that is steeped in history. The shingle beach, perfect for leisurely walks and picnics, can be accessed directly from the woodland holiday park, where this property is located. The holiday park itself has everything you’ll need to create special memories with loved ones, with a stylish bar and restaurant, a shop and a children’s play area. RSPB Minsmere (4.5 miles) regularly featured on BBC Springwatch is simply a paradise for nature lovers and offers walkers and cyclists many scenic routes to explore. Elegant Southwold, 9 miles to the north, is the place to head to for pier and promenade strolls and perhaps a tour of the famous Adnams Brewery. Just 11 miles to the south, upmarket Aldeburgh offers a similar selection of independent stores, galleries and eateries.
Climb the three steps into this fantastic lodge and enjoy the amazing sea views from the cliff-top location. You enter the property from the side door and head straight into the hallway which leads off to the living areas and bedrooms. To the right is an open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining area which features sea views from the bi-fold doors. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and an armchair with a TV, ideal for those who don’t want to miss their favourite show. The kitchen has everything you need for your time away and once you have prepared a light lunch or a hearty meal then serve it up at the dining table which can seat up to four guests. There are two bedrooms, both with space to store personal items and clothing. The master bedroom is a king-size and the second bedroom is a bunk bedroom, both share a shower room and WC.
Outside, you have a decking area to the front of the lodge, which has a table and chairs and is a special place to dine alfresco and look out over the sea whilst you kick back and relax.
