A shared drive leads away from the road to the private entrance into this characterful mid-terrace property, renovated with care in 2022. Once inside you are met with a sociable open plan space with room to leave muddy boots and coats beside the door. As you step further into the room you will find an area of comfortable seating with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is to the left and has a breakfast bar and dining table just opposite, where you can enjoy leisurely meals next to the wood burner. Lovely cottage in good location to explore Dorset, nice lounge, bathroom & bedrooms, quite a few stairs. Parking is tight for big cars. Kitchen could do with more/better quality pans and oven trays but has everything else you need. Lovely cottage garden with high walls so feels quite private. So many places within 30-60mins to explore such as CharmRead moreouth for fossil hunting and Lyme Regis. Nice Hall&Woodhouse pub in Poundray for food. Chippy at end of drive only open Thurs & Fri. Had a great week. Hide
