Not only is this a superb retreat in which to relax in the heart of Norfolk’s countryside, surrounded by trees and wildlife, but it’s also the ideal location from which to explore the Norfolk coast too. Hunstanton (18 miles) is the perfect place for a day out where you can stroll along the promenade, past the lighthouse and watch the sun set over the sea. There are also plenty of coastal walks which are brimming with wildlife along the renowned striped Hunstanton cliffs. Head to the Sandringham Estate – just over 10 miles - to explore the royal park or enjoy afternoon tea fit for a king in the restaurant. Make a beeline for Snettisham Beach (14 miles) to stroll along the shore and spot the wildlife that lives in the adjacent expanse of heathland and marsh.
As you enter this beautifully crafted wooden cabin, you are greeted with a splendid open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. The designated chef of the group will have everything they need to whip up delicious meals, and the dining area has enough seating for all guests to gather around and dine together. The lounge area is the place you’ll navigate to after a busy day out exploring Norfolk, and with ample soft seating and a Smart TV, there’s no better place to unwind of an evening. When it’s time for bed, choose between a super-king-size bedroom (can be made into a twin on request) complete with an en suite shower room, a welcoming twin bedroom with access to a family bathroom, or a further twin bedroom with an en suite shower room.
Outside, you can dine alfresco on the patio and be at one with nature, taking in the countryside views. There is also the added luxury of a shared on-site gym for guests to use (over 16's only), as well as a patio and coffee lounge with light refreshments available. Please note, there is no bar or restaurant on site.
