This holiday home is a fine example of a grand Victorian house that has been upgraded to create a perfect getaway for families and groups visiting Worcestershire. The property is in the heart of the town of Pershore, popular for its elegant architecture and Abbey. The River Avon flows parallel to the High Street offering some lovely walks. Take in some breathtaking views of the local countryside on Bredon Hill (6.2 miles) or enjoy a trip across to Great Malvern (15 miles) and enjoy one of the many walks across the Malverns. Enjoy a meal in one of the many local pubs or some retail therapy in an independent shop. Broadway, the gateway to the Cotswolds, is just 13 miles away and another popular day out for family and friends. Enjoy a walk up the famous tower or stop for lunch in a traditional Cotswold stone pub. After a busy day exploring the area, head back to your holiday retreat where you will first notice the grandeur of this Victorian property.

Head into the property and into the cosy lounge which is complete with a wood burner, Smart TV with Sky package and comfortable sofas. This is a wonderful space to relax with a movie or enjoy your favourite sports. Adjacent to the lounge is the separate dining room, ideal for groups to dine together, especially when celebrating a special occasion. There is a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you will need for a self-catered break, giving you the opportunity to utilise the local produce that you will come across whilst out and about exploring the area. Moving upstairs you will find five bedrooms that are split across two floors. There is one king-size bedroom, two doubles, one king-size with an additional single bed and a further bunk room which has a double bed with a single above. The layout provides the perfect opportunity for multi-generational families and groups of friends to come together to enjoy some quality time. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower over and the second with a shower. There is an additional WC downstairs.

Heading outside through the kitchen, a real highlight of the property is the outside area which has been created to offer additional living spaces and a superb area to entertain. There is a separate covered living area with sofas, Smart TV and Bluetooth music system. There is an additional outdoor dining table allowing your group to dine alfresco. There is a fantastic hot tub for you to relax in and a table tennis table for those of you that want to get competitive. The whole area has been decked creating a large, relaxing space to really be able to unwind. There is a front garden area with some seating along with a private driveway where there is parking for four cars.

A really lovely house, the crowning jewel of which is the outdoor space - we were lucky enough to have a few beautiful sunny days towards the end of our trip and made use of the hotter, outdoor TV, barbecue and dining space. There is plenty of bedroom space within the house. Damien was a really friendly host and available to answer any questions neRead moreeded. Location wise I would recommend this property to anyone with dogs - we found lots of good walking spots within 10-20mins drive. Hide
