This spacious property is located in Glenshee, a beautiful and scenic holiday destination located in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. A popular location for outdoor enthusiasts and families looking for a fun and active holiday. One of the main attractions of Glenshee is its ski resort (6 miles), offering 40km of ski runs when conditions allow. The largest in Scotland and offers a wide range of slopes for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities. During the summer months hiking and mountain biking are popular activities, with many trails of varying difficulty levels. The Cairngorms are also home to a number of rare and endangered species, making it an ideal spot for wildlife enthusiasts. The village of Braemar is (14.5 miles) with some fantastic places to eat and the beautiful Balmoral Castle with Visitor Centre and café is (24 miles). The small town of Blairgowrie is (19.5 miles).

Entering this spacious and bright lodge, you arrive in the cloakroom area, where you can kick off your walking shoes or boots and hang up your outdoor jackets in the drying room to keep them warm and dry for your next day in the outdoors. The ground floor has one bedroom with twin zip and link beds, there is also a downstairs shower room with WC and a utility room. The stylish, spacious kitchen is the perfect place to prepare delicious home-cooked meals together. The kitchen leads into the dining and comfortable lounge area, complete with a wood burner and Smart TV. The spiral staircase leads up to a comfy mezzanine area a quiet spot to read a book and wind down, you will also find two additional twin rooms that can be changed to a king size, along with a further king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and one bedroom sleeping up to 4 people with one set of bunk beds and a twin zip and link beds with en-suite shower room and WC, there is also a family bathroom with mixer shower attachment.

Venturing outside, you will be surrounded by the beautiful views of the Cairngorm Mountains, the garden is mostly laid to lawn with a garden fire pit to sit around on a starry night. Patio doors open from the lounge onto a decked area leading into the garden.

Location was amazing. Tim and Helen were welcoming. The house was spacious with superb views .
