What a delightful cottage! Absolutely perfect location just off the high street in Bourton-on-the-Water. Parking for one car. It was immaculate, cosy and warm, with a gas fire for winter evenings. There was a nice mix of lighting in the lounge. Three bedrooms upstairs with lovely bedlinen, plenty of storage for clothes. A wonderful, atmospheric cosy cottage that really felt like home for the week. The location is ideal especially if any members of your party have mobility issues. This was not my first stay at Pear Tree Cottage and the cottage never fails to deliver. The location is perfect, away from the crowds but within east reach of all the local attractions and shops. A beautiful cottage in a perfect location. Literally a 2 minute walk to the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water. The only thing that could have improved our stay was the weather! The cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4 and dog. Very comfortable and very well equipped. We visited Bird Land which was great, even with 2 teenagers ! A fabulous cottage in the most perfect location. Yes, the parking is tight but we managed with a Ford Kuga. The cottage itself was absolutely perfect. It was spotlessly clean and smelled lovely on arrival. The little things make a big difference such as toilet rolls in the bathrooms, an initial stock of tea/coffee, milk alongside a lovely bottle ofRead more wine. We stayed a week, 2 adults a 12yr old girl and a medium sized dog. We absolutely loved it. Plenty of space, great location and for someone who is 6ft staying in a grade 2 listed cottage, very little headroom restriction which was nice. Parking is tight, requires a few shunts to get on the bay. We found that it was easier to reverse down the street Read moreand in but understand if others wont. Size wise we had a Macan MPV as an idea, anything bigger may stick out a little. Very clean with no wants. Hide

The location is perfect for exploring the town and being able to retreat to peace away from the times town is busy. Extremely easy access to numerous footpaths makes it ideal for walkers and dogs. Pear Tree cottage is absolutely delightful. Gorgeous cottage, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with everything that you would need. Located right in the centre of the village so everywhere is walking distance. I would thoroughly recommend it as a brilliant cottage for a holiday in the Cotswolds.

Lovely cosy warm historic cottage. Comfortable and fully equipped. The pretty Christmas Tree, Christmas present, wine and cake were a much appreciated surprise from the owners. Lovely cottage in great location within a couple of minutes walk of village centre. Really comfortable and everything you might need has been thought of. Great cupboard and storage space and has good mirrors, which might sound trivial, but often missed elsewhere.

Pear Tree cottage is ideally located. Meters from the shops and no more than 5 mins walk from the Co-op. It is a traditional cottage with higgledy-piggledy floors and ceilings. It is well appointed and the only thing missing was a clothes airer. The bedrooms are small but functional. The main bedroom bed was a little too firm for my taste and the fRead moreeather pillows lacked support. However, this is personal taste. The garden would be a real sun trap in summer. A lovely short stay in a very well-equipped and comfortable cottage. Bedding all excellent and all equipment you could need is provided. Nice and quiet but only 1 minute walk to the Main Street. If we ever stay in the area again we would certainly come back to Peartree Cottage.

We were very pleased with the cottage,we liked the quirkiness ,a nice amount of olde world about the place,but with all mod cons.Very good t,v ,once we got used to working the remote.There was only three of us but the cottage was of a decent size even if there had been more people. Just lovely! The cottage is clean and cosy, location is superb. Really comfy beds and kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We were blessed with good weather so sat in the little courtyard garden listening to birdsong and the distant church bells. Walked to Lower Slaughter and around the nature reserve, both well worth it. The Croft, The Read moreManse and Bakery on the Water all worth a visit. Co-op is a 5 minute walk. Lovely cottage in a great location. Really comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Showers were also good. The chocolate cake on arrival was a also nice touch. Parking space was a welcome bonus but a large vehicle will definitely not fit - we had a Ford Focus which was very tight fit.
