Beautiful cottage very close to Bourtons Center, yet very quiet... Nice courtyard garden, perfect for a reading session surrounded by birds song & the enchanting perfume of the honeysuckle. Good base for hiking in the wolds. Book it without hesitation & enjoy!

Pear Tree Cottage is right at the heart of the beautiful village of Bourton on the Water but set back up a lane so quiet and not affected by the tourist bustle. The cottage is warm and comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We loved being able to put the gas stove on in the living room and get warmed up during a very chilly February Read moreweek. Having two bathrooms was also convenient. Only slight problem was only parking for one car but found free parking v nearby in Moore Road. Hide

Lovely authentic Cottage. But all comfort is available. Tall people must be aware the property is really authentic, meaning a bit low cealing in some chambers. In the middle of Bourton-on-the-Water. All local must sees reachable within short walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay!

This is a very cosy, comfortable and well equipped cottage. The garden is dog proof. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes walk to the High Street. We had a very good time despite the weather being wet on most days. There was plenty to see and do within the village and many good places to eat.

It is very close to the town center but located in a very quiet cul-de-sac so we had a relaxing stay. The garden is small , it is a court yard but we have a small dog so it was not an issue at all. A spotless cottage in a very quiet location just a moments walk from the centre of Bourton on the water. A great base for the Cotswolds, with loads of days out close by. the village itself was a bit too busy for us but nice to look around either earlier or later on in the day. The owner was very pleasant and easy to contact throughout.

A wonderful cottage with everything you need for a relaxed holiday. Shops, restaurants, pubs are all just a stroll away and still a very quiet location as the cottage is tucked away in a side street. Angela looked very well after us and we loved our stay here.

The cottage was very clean and had all the equipment required for our holiday. The location was perfect, it was away from the noise of the village which was just a minute away. Also we liked that the owner texted us to see if every thing was OK (which it was) and would like to thank her for the cake and the bottle of milk plus tea and coffee
