The cottage is larger than the pictures show. The kitchen is well equipped with more than you need. The garden gets the sun all day. The hot tub is a lovely edition.

We really liked the cottage and its location. Would definitely recommend it . The nearest pub, The Royal Oak Pub, locally known as The Splash, because you had to negotiate a ford to get to it, provided excellent food and great beer.

Couple who own cottage are lovely and personal touches were very much appreciated. Cottage comfortable and spotless and hot tub great. Husband and son enjoyed games room. Nice walk to Royal Oak pub (would book as very busy), not too far from coast and Louth.

We had a lovely time here - me and my husband, adult daughter and wonder rescue dog, Nellie. The cottage has everything you need and the hot tub and games room were great. We recommend Louth Market days, Legbourne Ancient wood - drive as far as you can, there is parking! - and Mablethorpe dog's beach. The nearest Co-op is in Manby, 3 minutes away bRead moreut there is a general store in Legbourne too. Loads of restaurants and takeaways in Louth. The owners are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Hide

Fantastic cottage and lovely owners. The cottage is very comfortable, well equipped and the site is very quiet. Lovely area for walking which our dog enjoyed and not far from the coast.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Furze Farm Estate Cottage. The wonderful hosts, Paul and Shirley, greeted us upon arrival and and showed us around, explaining how to use the hot tub (which is amazing) and all the things we needed to know inside the very well equipped cottage. The description on the holiday cottages website doesnot do Read morethis property justice, as it is a true home from home. Thanks Paul and Shirley. We would definitely visit again x Hide
