This quaint, characterful cottage is located on a quiet side street within 500 yards of Tenby's historic town walls. The town boasts an impressive collection of independent and high street stores, restaurants, coffee shops and bars so there's plenty for all the family. The real jewel in Tenby's town is it's four golden sand beaches - take your pick from North, South, Harbour or Castle beach; all of which can be reached on foot and are within approximately half a mile. Take a boat from the iconic harbour and enjoy a day trip to Caldey Island and can keep an eye out for sea life and birds.
As you enter the property, you are welcomed into an inviting hallway with original Victorian tiles. To the right, you will find your first reception room with two cosy sofas and gas fire, there is a Smart TV to stream your favourite movies or keep up with your favourite programmes after a day at the beach. Back into the hallway, there is a second reception room opposite, with sofa and electric fireplace, leading onto the open-plan kitchen/diner. The traditional cottage layout offers the benefit of larger social spaces and smaller nooks if you'd prefer to spread out. There is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms - the master room benefits from a king-size bed and large wardrobe space. There is an additional double bedroom and the third bedroom is set out as a twin. The family bathroom completes the property.
The cottage benefits from both front and rear gardens. The rear garden has a courtyard at ground level with steps leading up to a patio area with decorative gravel. The front garden is across the road from the cottage, behind the parking bays. A quaint little spot, with decorative gravel and outdoor seating overlooking a small stream. There's also a small summer house to relax in the shade on warmer days.
