Situated in picturesque countryside and farmland, this cottage provides peace and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The magnificent Castle Howard is 12 miles north. Both walkers and cyclists can enjoy the many tracks and trails from the doorstep, and the Howardian Hills and North York Moors are both within 10 miles and provide stunning scenery.

Step through the patio doors into this lovely cottage, and you will find a beautiful beamed open-plan lounge/diner, the ideal place to cosy up on the sofa and watch a movie on the Smart TV in front of the wood burner effect electric fire. Off to the side is the cottage kitchen fully equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and washer/dryer. From here you can walk through the small hall with coat hanging space to the fully tiled bathroom. Taking the stairs to the first floor, you will find the double bedroom, also with wonderful views.
