This beautiful cottage is located on a hillside, overlooking Torrlinn Beach, and is surrounded by lush green countryside. Kilmory is a small village located on the southern coast of the isle and is known for its stunning views of the sea and the surrounding hills, as well as its peaceful and secluded location, making it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The Isle of Arran is renowned for its stunning landscapes and scenery, so take a hike on one of the island's many trails or visit the Machrie Moor Stone Circles (12 miles) to see ancient standing stones. There are also plenty of opportunities for water sports such as kayaking and paddleboarding. Visit the historic Brodick Castle (18 miles) and its beautiful gardens; the castle has links to Robert the Bruce, Cromwell and the Duke of Hamilton. Arran is also known for its delicious food and drink. Be sure to try some of the local specialities, such as Arran whisky or Arran cheese. Take a trip to the Lagg Distillery (1 mile), and learn all about the methods of producing peated whisky.
