The annexe is attached to the owners’ home, with a private entrance to the side of the property. Enter the hallway which has double doors leading into the lounge with a large bay window. There is a large comfortable sofa with two seats which can recline, and another easy chair with a footstool. There is a smart TV and DVD player and a separate study area for your laptop. The dining room, which is airy and light, overlooks the owner’s garden and has access out to a decked area. There is large dining table and seating for four and a small TV and the adjoining kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals, if you’re not eating out! There is a cloakroom with a WC and a washing machine. Make your way upstairs to a spacious and bright landing which has a quiet study area with a desk and chair and a there is a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is stylish with a separate shower and bath.
Outside there is a enclosed decked area to the rear which gets the early morning sun and looks out onto the owner’s garden. There is a table and two chairs, perfect for outside dining.
