Nestled on the picturesque Hayling Island, this family holiday home provides a seaside escape with easy access to the island's captivating offerings. Located along the stunning Hampshire coastline, guests can indulge in long walks along the sandy beaches. Nature lovers will appreciate the island's diverse wildlife, including the Hayling Seals that frequent Langstone Harbour. Thrill-seekers can partake in an array of water sports, from windsurfing to paddleboarding, while golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round at the nearby Hayling Golf Club (3.5 miles). Hayling Island also boasts a vibrant local community, with charming seaside cafes, traditional fish and chip shops, and welcoming pubs offering delicious food. For those looking to venture slightly further afield, hop in the car and head to nearby Chichester, (17miles) Goodwood famed for The Festival of Speed and The Revival (20miles) as well as nearby Portsmouth (13miles) where you can enjoy shopping at Gunwharf Quays, explore the Historic Dockyard and Spinnaker Tower, or hop on a boat for a daytrip to the Isle of Wight.

A warm welcome awaits in this seaside property. On the ground floor of this bright and airy cottage you will find the kitchen/diner. A bright and welcoming space with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing family meals, a large dining table with seating for all, Smart TV and a comfy sofa for curling up with a good book. Patio doors from this room lead out into the garden, making it a sociable space for all the family to get together. The first of the bedrooms, a double, is also located on the ground floor and there is a family bathroom. Heading upstairs you will find a large lounge with comfy seating surrounding a Smart TV and a table football, perfect for keeping the teenagers entertained. A further set of stairs leads up to the second floor where you find the three remaining bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and two bunk rooms, one of which has a double bed with a single bed above it. The second floor is completed with a shower room.

Outside, the property benefits from a fully enclosed garden which has a decked area with outdoor rattan furniture and a BBQ, ideal for relaxing on a summers day.
