The county town of Warwick, with its medieval castle and riverside park, is just 9 miles away. This location is ideal for walkers, cyclists and those wishing to explore local Warwickshire towns and villages such as Aston Cantlow (2.5 miles), Wilmcote (4 miles) and Wooton Wawen (3.5 miles). All are great to visit to pick up local produce, visit tourist attractions or enjoy a drink at a welcoming pub.
Fabulous views of local farmland can be admired as you make your way up the farm track. The kitchen area, with an island that’s perfect for food preparation, is well equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. The utility room with its washer/dryer is accessed from the kitchen. The lounge area is complemented with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV and the dining area has tables and seating enough to fit 14 in comfort. It is from the dining table that you are able to peek into the swimming pool area through the specially designed windows.
